Terms and Conditions

Scope of Work

• Quotes include services as outlined in the attached proposal or as discussed between Megafy It and the client.
• Any additional services requested outside the scope of the Quote will be subject to additional charges.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due as follows: A deposit of the quoted supply value is due 7 days prior to the Project Date. The remainder is due upon receipt of the invoice. 
• Late payments may be subject to a 20% late fee.
• Forms of payment include Zelle, Venmo, and Cash. 

Validity Period

• Quotes are valid for 20 days. Prices are subject to change after the 20-day mark.
• Projects must be scheduled by the quote expiration date to secure pricing. A new quote will need to be generated after the expiration date. 

Client Responsibilities

• The client agrees to provide timely and necessary information, access, and cooperation required for the completion of the services.

Communication

• Both parties agree to maintain communication of any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the project.

Change Requests

• Any changes to the scope of work must be requested in writing, via email, or via text message and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.

Cancellation

• Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice via email. Cancellation fees will only occur if supplies have already been purchased. 100% Supply Reimbursement to Megafy It will be required if supplies have been purchased after the agreed upon Quote. 

Liability

• Megafy It is not liable for any consequential or indirect damages arising from the use of Megafy IT services.

Warranty

• Megafy It provides a warranty period of 7 days after project completion. During this period, any defects in workmanship will be corrected at no additional cost. Once the warranty period of 7 days has past, a new quote will be generated if adjustments are requested by the customer.

Force Majeure

• Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its control, such as acts of nature, government regulations, or other unforeseen events.

Refunds

• All payments made to Megafy IT Organization are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any fees or charges, including but not limited to subscription fees, setup fees, or any other fees associated with our products or services. By engaging with Megafy IT Organization and utilizing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
